Delivery across Europe (France, EU and the United Kingdom)

Renewfit supports businesses and private customers with fitness equipment delivery across France, the EU and the United Kingdom. Our logistics approach fits B2B roll-outs (gyms, hotels, corporate facilities, public organisations) as well as home set-ups.

We help you select equipment suited to your project, working with professional-grade brands. From order to receipt, our dedicated customer service provides clear, structured follow-up.

Worldwide shipping

For projects outside Europe, Renewfit can also arrange shipments worldwide. For over 13 years, we have relied on logistics expertise to support secure and cost-efficient shipping, depending on your set-up.

Logistics designed for multi-site projects

We pack and secure your equipment in a container free of charge. Shipping is generally arranged to your nearest port, and road transport on request can also be organised. We often recommend using a local carrier to optimise costs.

For over 10 years, we have delivered worldwide: gyms, hotels, schools, shopping centres, private customers, armed forces… For full installations, our technical team can travel on site and train your staff in maintenance.

Renewfit deliveries and installation

Standard delivery

Standard deliveries are made to the ground floor in locations accessible to vehicles and on a level surface, between 9am and 12pm Monday to Friday. The carrier contacts the buyer to agree a delivery date. Orders are handed over in person to anyone present at the delivery address.

  • Delivery times are provided for guidance only.
  • Any delay does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim damages.
  • Any product returned due to non-receipt will be charged to the customer.

Tailored delivery and installation

Tailored delivery includes:

  • Standard delivery.
  • Placement of the equipment in the requested rooms (subject to feasibility).
  • Set-up and start-up of the equipment if installation is agreed.

Time slots are agreed between the buyer and our technicians, between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Checks on receipt

The buyer must:

  • Inspect the condition of packaging and products.
  • Check quantities and specifications.
  • Record any precise, substantiated reservations on the delivery note in case of damage or missing items.

If no reservations are sent by registered letter and copied by email to info@renewfit.com within three days, the order is deemed accepted.

Deliveries outside mainland France

A specific quotation will be issued after the order and submitted for the buyer’s approval.

Equipment take-back

If a take-back is planned, it will be carried out at the time of delivery of our equipment.
