- Outside mainland France: 12 months, parts included
New products
- Mainland France: 24 months, parts and labour included
- Outside mainland France: 24 months, parts included
Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality: you receive reliable, high-performing equipment supported by our dedicated customer service team. All warranties are subject to correct use of the equipment in accordance with the instructions provided.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of defective parts. It does not apply to wear parts and consumables, including cables, cushions, running belts and any other components subject to normal wear and tear resulting from use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, modification or incorrect installation of the equipment.
