These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the website https://www.renewfit.com/en/ and the services offered by Gymworks. They define the rights and obligations of the user when accessing and using the website and its services.

Any registration or use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not accept these conditions, they must refrain from using the website’s services.

1. Access to the website
The website https://www.renewfit.com/en/ provides free access to the following services:
- Presentation of sports equipment;
- Sale of sports equipment;
- Rental of sports equipment.
Access is restricted to adults. The user bears all costs related to access to the service (computer equipment, software, internet connection, etc.).
Member-only services require registration via the online form. The registered user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Any event due to force majeure, maintenance or website malfunction shall not engage the liability of Gymworks.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, sounds, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law and copyright. The Renewfit trademark is registered by Gymworks EURL. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without authorisation is prohibited.

Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. 6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The French version shall prevail in the event of translation.
