Renewfit Deliveries and Installations

Standard Delivery

Standard deliveries are made to the ground floor in locations accessible by vehicles, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., Monday to Friday. The carrier will contact the buyer to arrange a delivery date. Orders are handed over in person to anyone present at the specified address.

  • Delivery times are indicative only.
  • Delays do not allow the order to be canceled or claims for damages.
  • Any returned product due to non-receipt will be charged to the customer.

Custom Delivery and Installation

Custom delivery includes:

  • Standard delivery.
  • Placement of equipment in the rooms requested (subject to feasibility).
  • Setup and start-up of equipment if installation is agreed upon.

Delivery times are agreed between the buyer and our technicians, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Inspection upon Receipt

The buyer must:

  • Check the condition of packaging and products.
  • Verify quantities and characteristics.
  • Note any precise and justified claims on the delivery note in case of damage or missing items.

Without claims sent by registered letter and a copy emailed to info@renewfit.com within three days, the order is considered accepted.

Deliveries Outside Mainland France

A specific quote will be prepared after the order and submitted for the buyer’s approval.

Equipment Returns

If a return is agreed upon, it will be carried out during the delivery of our equipment.
