The Lower back bench AP7008 Blue Line is a new back extension bench designed to strengthen the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. The hip pad and ankle rollers stabilise the body for controlled bodyweight extensions; intensity can be increased by holding a weight plate against the chest (not included).
