The Technogym Pure Strength MG3500 Shoulder Press accurately replicates the overhead press movement on the frontal plane, effectively engaging the deltoids, triceps, and upper trapezius. A counterweight on each arm reduces starting resistance to just 500 g, ensuring smooth and safe initiation of the movement.

With independent arms, users can train one arm at a time or both simultaneously—featuring opposing concentric and eccentric motion—for a balanced strength improvement.
