The Upper abdominals 1XPL065 XP lux is a refurbished selectorised abdominal machine designed for targeted core strengthening. The guided movement allows controlled trunk flexion while limiting compensations, with precise weight selection to adjust intensity for each user. The seated position and supports help stabilise the pelvis to focus the effort on the rectus abdominis. Accessories are not included.
