The Cooper 150 kg NR Olympic Barbell FitPack is a complete strength training solution designed for gyms, studios and home gyms. It includes a 220 cm Olympic barbell together with a full set of NR Olympic weight plates allowing a total training load of 150 kg.
The Olympic bar weighs 20 kg and is compatible with all standard 50 mm Olympic plates. The combination of plates in different weights allows precise load adjustments depending on the exercise and training level.
The NR plates provide a robust and practical solution for everyday strength training. The ABS Olympic collars ensure that the plates remain securely fixed on the bar during workouts.
