The Cooper 200 kg NR Olympic Barbell FitPack is a complete strength training solution designed for intensive training sessions. It includes a 220 cm Olympic barbell together with a full set of NR Olympic weight plates allowing a total training load of 200 kg.
The Olympic bar weighs 20 kg and is compatible with all standard 50 mm Olympic plates. The combination of plates with different weights allows precise load adjustments depending on the exercise and the athlete’s level.
The NR weight plates offer a durable and practical solution for daily strength training. The ABS Olympic collars ensure the plates remain securely fixed on the bar during workouts.
