New strength equipment for stable and progressive training
The Scott bench AP7006 Blue Line is a new Scott (preacher) curl bench designed to isolate the biceps. It is primarily used with an EZ bar (or straight bar) to stabilise the upper arm on the pad and keep the effort focused on elbow flexion. The preacher pad and chest support help maintain consistent positioning and controlled reps throughout the set. Accessories are not included.
