The refurbished MB600 from the Technogym Element+ range is dedicated to triceps strengthening. It reproduces the functional action of arm extension, enabling isolated, controlled training of the triceps with adjustable resistance suitable for all levels.

The unit features an ergonomic seat and a unique handle system designed to accommodate varying forearm lengths, making the machine less sensitive to exact elbow axis alignment. Independent arms and a researched cam profile ensure an optimal load curve throughout the movement.
