The Technogym Selection M915 Rotary Calf Machine Refurbished is specifically designed to strengthen the calf muscles, including the soleus and gastrocnemius. With its ergonomic design and precise mechanics, it provides targeted and comfortable training.

The user sits on the inclined seat, with the legs forming a 90° angle to the torso. The feet rest on a mobile platform, allowing for a smooth flexion and extension movement of the ankles. This setup ensures optimal activation of the calf muscles while minimizing spinal compression.
